I have got this flavour of Tao Kae Noi Japanese Crispy Seaweed from the shop that day. It is Hot and Spicy flavour. So, if you ask me how it tastes like? I would say, look at the facial expression of that small boss on the packaging. It shows everything. Hehe. With smokes coming out from the ears and also a BIG drop of sweat from the red face, well, it is hot and spicy for sure! Perhaps a little too spicy for my liking. I still prefer the original flavour more compared to this. Anyway, it is always fun to taste all kinds of flavours. I know there is another Wasabi flavour out there but I have not seen it in the shop yet. Could be out of stocks. If I see one, I am sure to grab hold of it. Taste it, then let you all know how it tastes like.

Crackers
Previously I was talking about seaweed but I must admit that there was another type of snack which I could not resist and once I started to eat, I could not stop. I usually have it in the office, at home while watching TV or even as one of my snacks for outing. Some people say it is very tough but I say it is crispy.
Yes, behold everybody, I shall review this culprit now……
Taa daaa….everybody, meet Mr. Universal.
Okay okay, it is prawn crackers I am talking about. It is produced locally in Kuching! Surprisingly our local factory can produce such tasty snacks. Yum yum!
Mr Universal, I *heart* you! Wooopsss! Hehe…

Happy Merdeka Birthday?!
Merdeka! Merdeka! Merdeka!
Happy birthday! Happy birthday! Happy birthday!
No, happy birthday is not for our country. It is especially dedicated to my dearest friend, Desiree who is borned on the 31st August twenty over years ago. We knew each other since the age of 5. To me, this sweetie is such a blessing to our friendship. We have been through thick and thin, ups and downs. I really appreciate it. On this special day, I would like to wish her Happy Birthday, good health, and much happiness in returns! Toast our friendship till the end!
Yes, merdeka is for my beloved country, Malaysia. This year is the 50th anniversary of independence. I am glad that all the races with different religions live in peace and unity throughout these years. I am indeed proud to be a Malaysian!

Serunding
Serunding is a product of Kelantan. It is like the chicken floss that we always eat. The only difference is, it is made of beef. Should I call it beef floss then. It is hot and spicy. The fragrant of the spice is very nice and I guess they do add in coconut milk as well. It is nice to be taken just like that as snack or to be taken with rice. I first tasted it when my mum’s colleague from Kelantan gave us a packet. Since then, whenever her colleague goes back to Kelantan, mum will sure to get her help us buy a packet or two. I also asked my friend to help me to buy. I feel lucky that both mum and I got friends from Kelantan. This simply means that we can have serunding from time to time without having to go to Kelantan personally. *Happy*

Tao Kae Noi
There was once a colleague introduced this snack to me. From then onwards I am so in love with it. Yes, it is Tao Kae Noi. Translated into English it is called ‘Small Boss’. No, do not get me wrong. It is not a human being. It is a type of Japanese Crispy Seaweed, a product of Thailand. As far as I know, it has got three sizes, 20g, 50g and 85g per packet. It can be taken as snack, taken with rice or put into the soup. It is simply too yummy and so irresistible! It comes with different kinds of flavors. So far I only managed to try the original flavor and the spicy flavor because it is always out of stocks! Both are equally yummy! It is so crispy, fresh and the taste is just nice. D.E.L.I.C.I.O.U.S !
The packaging is very attractive with bright colors. You can also see this ‘small boss’ dresses up himself in red, smiling happily to you on the packaging for the original flavor. Well, it is like different expression for different flavor. With the creative design and colorful packaging, you will not miss out even if it is placed among many types of snacks. It stands out!
I find that I have a serious problem with this Tao Kae Noi though. Once taken the first bite, I could not stop anymore. I can only stop eating when I finished up the whole packet. It is so addictive. People would say, ‘Aiya, what is so big deal, just go and get a few more packets from the shop lah!’ But heck, it is so not a cheap snack you know? How I wish I can have free supply of Tao Kae Noi Japanese Crispy Seaweed for the rest of my entire live. Haha! *Day Dreaming*
